At a glance

• The website is informational. A binding appointment exists only after Marie confirms it individually.
• Prices shown on the website are starting prices in CHF; the final price depends on the actual effort required.
• Please cancel or reschedule as early as possible, ideally at least 24 hours before the appointment.
• If there is inflammation, injury, suspected fungal issue or another safety concern, treatment may be postponed or refused.
• The services are cosmetic only and do not replace medical advice or treatment.

Scope and contract formation

Prices and payment

• All prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF).
• Prices such as "from CHF 90" or "ab 90.- CHF" are starting prices. The final price depends in particular on length, design, nail condition, extra effort, removals, repairs and material used.
• Any statutory VAT is included where legally applicable unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Unless agreed differently, payment is due immediately after the appointment.

Appointments, punctuality and changes

• Please arrive on time. In case of material lateness, the treatment may be shortened, rescheduled or cancelled if the service can no longer be carried out safely or properly.
• Changes or cancellations should be communicated as early as possible, ideally at least 24 hours in advance.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may lead to refusal of future appointment requests.
• If the studio has to move an appointment for an important reason, the client will be informed as early as possible and a fair alternative will be offered.

Health, safety and treatment limits

• Please disclose relevant allergies, strong sensitivities, injuries, inflammation, suspected fungal issues, warts or similar circumstances before the appointment if they may affect safe treatment.
• Bärli Nails provides cosmetic services only. No medical diagnosis or therapeutic promise is made.
• If a treatment is not responsible from a hygiene, safety or health perspective, it may be postponed or refused.
• If nail or skin changes appear unclear or potentially pathological, the studio may recommend consulting a doctor or pharmacist first.

Hygiene and studio rules

• Respectful conduct, careful handling of materials and a calm appointment environment are expected in the studio.
• Tools, materials and work steps are prepared and used in line with applicable hygiene and product-safety requirements.
• Only products suitable for cosmetic use and intended for the Swiss market or Swiss-applicable requirements are used.
• Aggressive, discriminatory, heavily disruptive or obviously unsafe behaviour can lead to refusal or termination of the treatment.

Durability, aftercare and complaints

• How long a set lasts depends on the natural nail, lifestyle, job, aftercare and individual behaviour.
• Please avoid pulling, biting or using the nails as tools and follow the recommended care instructions.
• If a problem appears shortly after the appointment, please get in touch quickly with a photo and short description so a fair case-by-case solution can be reviewed.
• Damage caused by accidents, improper handling, self-removal or later work by third parties does not automatically qualify for a free correction.

Photos, website content and privacy

• Photos of results are used for portfolio, website or social-media purposes only with your consent.
• Texts, images, designs and other website content remain protected by copyright or usage rights.
• The website privacy policy applies in addition to these terms whenever personal data is processed.
