If you want to plan your refill appointments well, the calendar is only one part of the decision. What matters most is how your set grows out, how hard you are on your nails in daily life and how polished you want the result to stay.

The usual refill rhythm: 3 to 4 weeks

For many clients, a refill every 3 to 4 weeks is the most practical rhythm. That usually keeps the set looking clean without letting structure, balance or wear decline too far.

On the Services & pricing page you can see the current starting prices and the main difference between a natural-look refill and a colour/French refill.

When you may want to book earlier

An earlier appointment can make sense if:

  • your nails grow quickly
  • you wear longer shapes
  • your everyday routine puts more stress on your nails
  • you want a cleaner-looking result before a specific event

Longer sets and more visible colours usually show outgrowth sooner.

When waiting too long stops helping

Many people postpone a refill as long as the set still feels “good enough”. That is often the point where the result starts to look unbalanced and becomes more vulnerable. A refill is not only cosmetic. It also affects structure and wear.

What makes planning easier

If you are unsure whether a natural-look refill is enough or whether colour/French would fit better, a quick photo via WhatsApp or Instagram DM usually helps Marie estimate the right appointment and service more accurately.

If you want the main studio facts first, they are collected on the FAQ page.
